PALMER & SON
27 Years of Experience
Tastes in interior design and home fittings have changed over the decades, but the quality of Palmer Furniture’s award-winning joinery service hasn’t.
Founded by Tony Palmer in 1990 under the name Palmer & Son, the business quickly established the high standards of workmanship, style and client care that we continue to honour and build upon today. When a kitchen still looks wonderful ten years after it’s fitted, we know that we’re taking the right approach.
The latest iteration was founded by Tony’s son, Fred, in 2015 bringing with it a dynamic new approach, reinvigorating how the firm operates and putting sustainability at the core of the business.
Fred and his long-standing team of highly skilled cabinet makers work in close partnership with architects, designers and direct to clients to create elegant, quality furniture with a distinctive British style. The London-based company delivers a broad range of top-end work across both the commercial and domestic sectors. Testament to this is the fact that over the years, the business has benefited from many repeat commissions and is now also working with the grown-up children of several early day clients.
We create unique and stylish furniture. It has always been our goal. And it will remain so.

Careful Selection
We have spent years forming great relationships with our suppliers to maintain the highest standards in the materials and products we source. Our suppliers work with relevant trade organizations, NGOs, and governments to develop and evolve responsible purchasing policies. Continuously raising the proportion of timber and timber products that originate from legal and sustainably managed forests.
Sourcing sustainable quality materials helps to ensure our finished pieces are of the highest quality for our clients.
Since 2015, Palmer Furniture has been investing and working hard to raise the industry benchmark and become more aware of its’ carbon footprint. We have installed a number of sustainable features, including a bio-mass heater to extensively reduce both landfill waste and our reliance on non-renewables. At Palmer furniture we strongly believe in a trusting and ethical relationship, both with our clients and the environment.
